The M/V Pacific Hope recently returned from her dry-docking in Lyttleton, New Zealand. All survey items were passed and the ship received a new coat of paint. She sailing into Tauranga harbour to the cheers of the staff and students waiting to welcome her home. Crew training will now start in earnest as we get ready to sail back to Vanuatu in the new year. We are now taking crew applications for 2016.
We are also deeply grateful for our donors who donated $60,000 for the dry docking costs and especially Allied Petroleum who have pledge 200,000 litres of marine diesel over the next five years. An amazing donation from an amazing company.
