Cover to Cover DTS

January 20 @ 8:00 am - July 20 @ 5:00 pm

Cover to Cover DTS

If you want to get grounded in God, know God’s word, and even teach His word, this DTS is for you!

John 1 begins by repeatedly calling Jesus the “Word”. Reading the Bible cover to cover means that you’re getting to know Jesus – the WORD! The Bible is key to Christian life because it’s there we know God, His love for us, and His will and direction for our lives. During the Cover to Cover DTS, you will go on a journey through the whole Bible cover to cover discovering the truth of God’s word, how He feels about you, and walk away with the big picture of God’s heart for humanity! Are you ready to go Cover to Cover?

Why not stay in New Zealand a little longer and do our Cover to Cover DTS PLUS? Completion of the Cover to Cover DTS opens a door to our Second Level School DBS (Discipleship Bible School).

Lectures

The first 3 months of DTS involve weekly lectures and regular times of worship and intercession, giving you the chance to encounter the living God more than ever before. In addition, the Cover to Cover DTS will have a weekly Stream time, where you get to learn more about key aspects of the Bible. We will look at amazing things like, Jesus in the Old Testament, the tabernacle of Moses (and how it applies to our lives now that we are the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 6:19)). We’ll also test the authenticity of the Bible, take an up-close look at the life of Jesus, and look at how to preach and teach God’s word heading into Outreach. The Cover to Cover DTS has a strong emphasis on the Word. The key scripture for the DTS is Joshua 1:8, “…to meditate day and night on God’s Word…that you would be successful wherever you go!”
